Korn Ferry Names Country Manager for Indonesia

September 19, 2011 – Korn/Ferry International has appointed Charles Yong as country manager for Indonesia and office managing director of its Jakarta office. Mr. Yong is a member of the firm’s global industrial market and has over a decade of executive search experience, specializing in senior-level assignments in the basic materials and resources sector, as well as in supply chain management. “Charles is an accomplished client service professional with deep regional account and client relationships across industries such as oil and gas, energy, agri-business and professional services,” said Charles Tseng, president of Korn/Ferry Asia Pacific. “With the business community now facing more challenges in attracting, developing and retaining talent, Charles will build our team and practice in Indonesia, bringing our talent management solutions approach to help clients grow and achieve their business objectives.” Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Yong was a management consultant with Accenture’s strategic services practice in London.
