December 2, 2013 – Korn/Ferry International has added Sarah Deckey to the firm’s consumer and retail practice. She will be based out of the New York office. Ms. Deckey was previously the VP of strategy and business development in VF Corporation’s Sportswear coalition, where she was responsible for integrating a broad agenda of consumer insight, strategy, innovation, and brand development to support brand, coalition, financial, and TSR goals. She has more than two decades of experience across diverse corporate environments and multiple functions in apparel, footwear, accessories, retail, and luxury goods, including strategy, business development, licensing, international operations, expansion, and brand development. “A multi-faceted leader, with extensive cross industry experience, Sarah’s relationships in the industry and deep knowledge of the issues and trends that are defining the retail market will be a strong fit with our global consumer market team,” said Tierney Remick, global managing director, consumer and retail practice, Korn/Ferry International.
