Korn Ferry Expands Leadership/Talent Consulting Practice
November 17, 2010 – Korn/Ferry International has added Catherine Sacks as managing principal to its leadership and talent consulting in the firm's New York office. Ms. Sacks has more than 25 years of experience working with senior executives of Fortune 500 companies and privately held firms, to creatively align organization structures, human resource processes, and global employee development initiatives to meet changing business needs. She brings expertise in change management, talent acquisition, organizational design, executive assessment, coaching and development, and succession, across multiple business models including turnarounds and start ups. Most recently, Ms. Sacks was executive vice president and senior human resources officer at CITI Consumer Lending Group, responsible for talent strategy for nearly 10,000 employees across the U.S. "Catherine is a high impact senior human resource leader with the ability to build organizational capability and manage change for bottom-line performance," said Lewis Rusen, president of Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting (LTC) for North America.
