Korn Ferry Expands Leadership and Talent Consulting Practice

June 8, 2011 – Korn/Ferry International has hired Susan Brodecky as a senior partner for its leadership and talent consulting. She will be based in the firm's Los Angeles and Irvine, California offices. Ms. Brodecky has 20 years experience helping senior executives in large global companies to implement strategic and organizational change. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, she was senior vice president and managing director for Lee Hecht Harrison, leading all lines of business in Southern California and Arizona, a region where she previously led the firm's talent development consulting business.
