August 22, 2013 – Korn/Ferry International has named Andrés Tapia as senior partner with Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting as part of its diversity, inclusion, and talent optimization practice. He will be based in Korn/Ferry's Chicago office. Mr. Tapia comes to Korn/Ferry from Diversity Best Practices, a diversity and inclusion think-tank and consultancy, where he acted as president and was responsible for the organization's overall vision, strategy, and outcomes. Prior to his tenure there, he acted as chief diversity officer and emerging workforce solutions leader for Hewitt Associates. "Through his strategic approach, vision and experience with many of the world's leading organizations, Andrés is advancing the discussion of diversity, inclusion and integrated talent management across the globe. Mr. Plunkett joins Korn/Ferry from Mercer, where he was global leader for the Mercer Delta CEO and board effectiveness practice.
