Korn Ferry Adds New Board Members

September 21, 2009 – Korn/Ferry International has added Baroness Denise Kingsmill and George T. Shaheen to its board as directors. A former partner at a London law firm, Ms. Kingsmill has held a series of high-profile non executive director and advisory roles in the private sector, including at British Airways, Laing O’Rourke, Royal Bank of Scotland and Telewest Communications. She has also advised international companies on their expansion in Europe and their relations with the European Union. Mr. Shaheen has held executive positions at several technology and professional services companies. He was formerly the CEO of Siebel Systems, Inc., a CRM software company, and CEO and global managing partner at Andersen Consulting, which later became Accenture. He also served as chairman and CEO of Webvan Group, Inc. Korn/Ferry International, based in Los Angeles and with a presence throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is a global provider of talent management solutions.
