Korn Ferry Acquires SENSA Solutions

January 4, 2010 – Korn/Ferry International has acquired McLean, VA-based SENSA Solutions, a management consulting firm known for its leadership and organizational development solutions utilized by U.S. federal agencies. Korn/Ferry anticipates that the acquisition of SENSA will be accretive to earnings within the first 12 to 18 months of ownership. Founded in 1996, SENSA is recognized for its U.S. government relationships and specialized human capital solutions ranging from strategic planning, training and development to executive coaching, change management and strategic communications. "For Korn/Ferry, SENSA provides immediate access, expertise and experience in providing federal government clients with human capital solutions, a market that is robust and growing," said Gary D. Burnison, CEO of Korn/Ferry. Vicki Tarallo, CEO of SENSA, will join Korn/Ferry and report directly to Ana Dutra, the head of Korn/Ferry's leadership and talent consulting group. Ms. Tarallo will continue in her role as CEO of SENSA and will work to develop a broader platform for Korn/Ferry in the federal marketplace.
