Kforce Records 15 Percent Revenue Jump

February 8, 2011 – Kforce Inc./(NASDAQ:KFRC), a provider of professional staffing services and solutions, has announced fourth quarter of 2010 revenue of $258.5 million, a gain of 15.1 percent from $224.6 million in revenues a year ago. The company earned net income of $6.3 million, or 16 cents per share, compared with $3.5 million, or nine cents per share, the prior year. For the year, Kforce reported total revenue of $990.8 million compared to $910.1 million for 2009, an increase of 8.9 percent. Net income for the year was $20.6 million, or $0.51 per share, compared to net income of $12.9 million, or $0.33 per share, in 2009. “The U.S. economic environment in 2010 was unique in that we have seen a disproportionate amount of private sector hiring coming through the temporary portion of payroll,” said David L. Dunkel, chairman and CEO. “We believe Kforce is well positioned to service our clients' increasing desire for a more flexible workforce during this unique temporary employment led recovery, which we believe may continue to contribute to a sustained secular shift toward a flexible staffing model.”
