Kenexa Releases 2X Assess Solution

October 3, 2012 – Kenexa Corporation, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, has launched 2x Assess, an assessment content solution that provides enhanced reporting and offers extensive multilingual capabilities. Kenexa 2x Assess provides a global content solution as an integrated part of the company’s 2x talent management suite and competency framework, which includes 2x BrassRing and 2x Perform. “In 2x Assess, we’ve created a tool that allows companies to use any one of Kenexa’s tested, ready-to-use assessments or select specific questions relevant to their particular job families to create a more productive workforce,” said Troy Kanter, chief operating officer at Kenexa. “2x Assess integrates with an existing recruiting system to help companies hire and retain the best talent.” Kenexa was recently acquired by International Business Machines Corporation for $46.00 per share in cash in a transaction valued at approximately $1.3 billion.
