Kenexa Announces Management Changes

November 17, 2009 – Kenexa Corporation, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, has named Eric Lochner as chief marketing officer and Sarah Teten as chief customer officer. For the past two years, Mr. Lochner has been based in Europe as managing director, EMEA, where he has helped Kenexa expand its footprint in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Kenexa, he served as executive vice president at Golin Harris International. Earlier in his career, he led marketing for Careerbuilder.com and held various marketing positions at Headhunter.net, Kuczmarski & Associates, and InterCall. Ms. Teten will be responsible for ensuring that Kenexa's new brand is communicated, delivered and fulfilled at each phase of the customer lifecycle, and she will drive the delivery of Kenexa’s Extreme Service Hierarchy globally. “Extreme Service is a critical factor in Kenexa’s formula for success. It requires commitment to accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, proactivity and, foremost, mutual learning. During her years at Kenexa, Sarah has demonstrated all those qualities, and more. There is no better leader to be in charge of communicating that Kenexa is ‘HR success multiplied,’ and ensuring that our customers achieve this degree of success,” said Rudy Karsan, Kenexa’s chairman and CEO.
