Kenexa Acquires the Ashbourne Group

August 9, 2011 – Kenexa Corporation, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, has acquired The Ashbourne Group, a supplier of HR and occupational psychology services to businesses in the U.K. and Ireland for almost 20 years. Terms and conditions of the deal were not disclosed. The Ashbourne Group is recognized for its intense focus on the U.K. public sector as the company has designed and delivered a wide range of behavioral assessment, learning and development products based on government competencies and performance standards.
