Kenexa Acquires Centre for High Performance Development

July 28, 2010 – Kenexa Corporation, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, has acquired The Centre for High Performance Development (Holdings) Limited (CHPD). Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. CHPD's research on leadership development and training will add to Kenexa's existing research and content portfolio. Founded in 1996 and with offices in London and New York, CHPD specializes in leadership development and management training.
