jobdreaming Launches New Web App

October 17, 2012 – jobdreaming, a web-based service from KMC Software that matches active and passive candidates with recruiters and employers, has announced the open beta launch of its web app. Using jobdreaming, job seekers describe the job they are looking for in a single fill-in-the-blank sentence, and are then matched with job openings created by recruiters and employers. jobdreaming is positioned to attract the elusive passive candidates because the app doesn’t require candidates to give their name or post a resume. Kevin Watson, co-founder of jobdreaming, stated: “We allow job seekers to tell us what they want in a single sentence, and then we let them get back to their lives. When an employer comes to us with an opening, we then inform all of the candidates that match, check their qualifications against the employer’s needs, and put the two sides together.”
