J. Robert Scott Expands London Office

August 17, 2009 – Executive search firm J. Robert Scott has added Andy Smith, Sunny Dhillon, Ben Ayme, Navin Raina and Kathryn Melrose to its London office. With 15 years of experience in professional services, Mr. Smith is managing director and head of the London office. He will focus on searches in the financial services sector. Mr. Smith was a formerly a partner at Blackwood Group, a boutique search firm in London. Mr. Dhillon becomes a managing director and will work in the global technology practice primarily in the mid-market space. Most recently, he was a consultant within the telecoms and technology practice at Whitehead Mann. Mr. Ayme will serve as principal and work with the firm's financial services, technology and life sciences/healthcare teams leading searches for private equity clients and their portfolio services. He previously was a director and head of the private equity practice at Veni Partners. Mr. Raina is named as managing director and lead services across the financial sector at the functional head level. Prior to joining J. Robert Scott, he was director of executive search for Fidelity Investments International, with direct responsibility for board level appointments. Ms. Melrose serves as a principal and will lead searches for the organization's global asset management clients. She previously served as a partner leading recruitment for the European and Asian offices of HBK.
