J. Carpenter & Co. Recruits Chief Marketing Officer For Tempur-Sealy

January 26, 2015 – Executive search firm J. Carpenter and Co. has recruited Jay Spenchian as chief marketing officer of Tempur-Sealy International. Most recently, Mr. Spenchian served as EVP and chief marketing officer for Olive Garden. Tempur Sealy is one of the world's largest bedding providers. J.
