IRC Adds HR2B in Vietnam

April 10, 2013 – IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC) has added HR2B in Vietnam as its newest member firm. Tom Vovers, HR2B’s (IRC Vietnam) general director, founded the company in 2003, to bring human resources management practices to Vietnamese organizations.
