Infor’s Talent Management System to be Jointly Developed by Ciber

June 17, 2013 – Infor, a provider of business application software, and Ciber, a global information technology consulting firm, have announced an initiative to jointly develop an implementation accelerator for Infor human capital management (HCM) applications. The acceleration tool is being created to help organizations deploy Infor’s HCM solutions with reduced time, expense, complexity and risk. Through the implementation accelerators, organizations will have access to a more simplified, prescriptive deployment approach with preconfigured content, industry-specific templates and work plans,” said Steve Holdridge, senior vice president at Infor. The firm’s new application is expected to help expedite strategic hiring by supporting the processes of finding, selecting and onboarding new employees.
