IIC Partners Selects New Global Chairman

November 12, 2012 – IIC Partners has selected Paul Dinte as its new global chairman. Mr. Dinte, who previously served on the IIC Partners board as vice chair, Americas, from 2007 to 2010, is the founder, CEO and chairman of Washington, D.C.-based executive search firm Dinte Resources Inc. “Our client organizations are facing continuing recessionary pressures, a demographic turnover of unprecedented proportions and all the daily challenges of leadership,” said Mr. Dinte. “In this environment, our member executive search firms are mandated to deliver the critical executive leadership talent to our client organizations to help them grow, build, and leverage their organizations, no matter where their needs are anywhere in the world.” IIC Partners also added Keyur Thakore, of KTA Associates in Mumbai, India, appointed as director, Asia Pacific; and; William A.
