Headquartered in London, Per Ardua Associates specializes in the financial services sector and was founded in 2008 by Simon Hearn, CEO. Founded in 1994 by Jim Conroy, Conroy Ross Partners is a search and consulting firm with four offices across Canada. Founded by managing director Bhavishya Sharma in 2009, Athena Executive Search and Consulting is based in Gurgaon, India and specializes in the life sciences, professional services, consumer, industrial, private equity, media and ICT sectors. “The acceptance of these three new firms strengthens the global presence of IIC Partners, and provides additional capabilities across our life sciences, financial services, energy and technology sectors,” said Christine Hayward, executive director of IIC Partners.
