Ignition Talent Group Opens East Coast Office

February 2, 2011 – Ignition Talent Group, a talent acquisition and advisory firm, has named Graham Watts as a senior associate based in New York. Mr. Watts will open the firm’s East Coast office and take responsibility for recruiting talent for clients in the internet/e-commerce, digital media, SaaS and mobile sectors. “Our initial plan was to establish a strong foothold in the heart of Silicon Valley, but strong demand from our clients, which include some of the most innovative new start-ups in the country, accelerated our plans to expand to New York to become more deeply embedded with the talent on both coasts,” said Mark Jacobson, founder and managing partner. Most recently, Mr. Watts was an associate with Walker Talent Group where he conducted major deployments with Facebook and Palm, and recruited engineering leadership and development teams as well as data mining and artificial intelligence experts. Prior to that he spent two years as senior technical recruiter with Riviera Partners, a boutique search firm based in San Francisco.
