ICIMS Acquires Jobmagic

October 18, 2012 – iCIMS, a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, has acquired social recruiting solution provider Jobmagic. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The recent acquisition allows iCIMS to market, sell, and support social distribution as a standalone solution, creating a new option for organizations that are interested in an independent technology for social recruiting and are not looking to implement a full ATS. This solution will provide users with automated job distribution and employee referral programs through their social networks for reaching a wider range of potential candidates.
