Human Capital Institute Forms Partnership with HR People & Strategy
October 6, 2010 – The Human Capital Institute (HCI) and HR People & Strategy (HRPS), an association for strategic human resources executives, have formed an alliance aimed at providing a wider, more comprehensive range of benefits for their respective members. With this agreement, HCI provides unlimited access to their Executive Membership program to HRPS members. In return, HRPS provides HCI Executive Members free online access to its quarterly journal, People & Strategy, and a special discounted rate for HCI community members. People & Strategy features content based on its five knowledge areas: HR Strategy & Planning, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Building a Strategic HR Function. “I've been a member of HRPS and HCI for many years and I'm thrilled that we could collaborate in this way. This is the kind of journal that includes scholarly research but is always cast in an 'applied organizational' kind of way; not overly academic,” said Dr. Richard Vosburgh, chief development officer for HRPS and partner of ArchPoint Consulting. HCI is a strategic talent management network, consisting of over 175,000 members worldwide, and is growing at over 2,000 members per month.
