Horton Expands in France

October 26, 2009 – Horton International France has appointed Pierre Louis Santos as a new partner. Prior to joining Horton, Mr. Santos served as an officer in the French navy, after graduating as an engineer. He then served as chairman and chief executive officer both in France and Africa in various industrial groups, specialized in software, automotive equipment, utilities, energy, nuclear and agro food business. He brings to our office a strong general management experience across several sectors, and among others an in depth knowledge of the African market.
