Hewitt Associates Adds to Board

January 28, 2010 – Hewitt Associates, Inc., a global human resources consulting and outsourcing company, has elected Stacey J. Mobley to its board, serving as a member of the firm’s compensation and leadership committee. Mr. Mobley is currently senior counsel at Dickstein Shapiro LLP, a multi-service law firm, and was the former senior vice president, chief administrative officer and general counsel of E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company. “Stacey is known for his sound business judgment and brings a wealth of experience from his long and successful career,” said Russ Fradin, Hewitt chairman and CEO. “In his role on the executive team at DuPont, Stacey was instrumental in all major strategic decisions and he also brings extensive board experience.
