Heidrick to Recruit Brookdale Senior Living Leadership Team

July 21, 2015 – Brookdale Senior Living Inc. has retained Heidrick & Struggles to fill its chief operating officer and chief financial officer roles. The company will consider both external and internal candidates. Mark Ohlendorf, the company’s president and CFO, will transition from his current dual roles to focus on an enhanced role as president. Heidrick & Struggles has recently completed completed a number of senior-level search assignments, including placing former Pennsylvania U.S. Rep. James Gerlach as president and CEO of the Business-Industry Political Action Committee and Thomas P. Ostebo as president and CEO of Cruise Lines International Association.
