Heidrick & Struggles Taps Director for MPIPHP

November 4, 2009 – Chicago-based executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International has placed David B. Wescoe as executive administrative director of the Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plans (MPIPHP). Mr. Wescoe currently serves the San Diego City Employees' Retirement System’s (SDCERS) administrator and chief executive officer. SDCERS is a trust fund administered by the Board of Administration for three plan sponsors: The City of San Diego, the San Diego Unified Port District and the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority.
