Heidrick & Struggles Announces Realignment

December 13, 2012 – Executive recruiting firm Heidrick & Struggles International has announced a realignment of the company's organizational structure and operating model. Three veteran Heidrick & Struggles consultants will now assume elevated regional leadership positions with expanded responsibilities, including managing growth and profitability across each region. The new regional leaders are: Jory Marino, Americas; Luis Urbano, Europe; and Steve Mullinjer, Asia Pacific. Mr. Marino serves as vice chairman and a senior member of the firm's financial services practice. Mr. Urbano joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2002 as a partner in the consumer services practice and in 2010 was named global managing partner for the consumer markets practice. He is also a partner in the CEO & board of directors practice, based in Madrid. Mr. Mullinjer currently leads Heidrick & Struggles' business in Asia and the Middle East. His responsibilities have been expanded to include Australia and New Zealand. He also oversees the firm's private equity practice in the region. L.
