Hay Group Appoints Managing Director for the U.K. and Ireland

March 18, 2015 – Hay Group, a global management consulting firm, has appointed Jim Tapper as managing director for the U.K. and Ireland and cluster lead for North Europe. In his role, Mr. Tapper will work with Hay Group operations in nine countries, ensuring they align across the group. He was formerly a managing partner with Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting and has over 30 years of consulting experience. Mr. Tapper also brings extensive experience in the public and private sectors and has particular expertise in the energy and utilities market.
