Harvey Nash Expands In The U.K.

March 9, 2015 – Global executive search firm Harvey Nash has grown its U.K. office with the additions of Philip Davies to lead the U.K.'s leadership consulting team and Richard Simmonds as director within the industry practice. Mr. Davies will work closely with the Harvey Nash Alumni Leadership practice across the Nordics. He has over 20 years consulting experience including leadership of large-scale HR change projects in the fields of assessment, leadership development, team building and recruitment. With a career combining corporate roles and entrepreneurial start-ups in the U.K. and the Middle East with Propel, Mr. Davies has held managing consultant roles with Penna and Hudson. Mr. Simmonds was previously with Futurestep, which he joined as head of practice for industry and professional services, before more recently being appointed as head of search for the firm's U.K. business. He started his career in the Royal Navy, before joining as a trader within UBS, specializing in the Australian and New Zealand government and corporate markets.
