Hanold Associates Launches CHRO Search
May 11, 2015 – Executive Search firm Hanold Associates has been selected by the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) to lead its search to find a new chief human resources officer (CHRO). Reporting to the CEO, the CHRO will serve as a key member of RIC’s executive leadership team and will be accountable for all human resources activities and building a sustainable infrastructure and organizational capability.
The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago is the world’s leading hospital and research enterprise in physical medicine and rehabilitation, having virtually defined the entire field during the last half of the 20th century. RIC is an independent, 501(c)3, non-profit organization.
