December 1, 2020 – H.I. Executive Consulting (HIEC) has expanded with the additions of Matt Schwartz as a partner and Randi Sperber as a consultant in New York.

Based out of New York, the new recruiters will focus on consumer-focused clients in financial services, consumer goods and private equity across the global platform. Mr. Schwartz will be responsible for providing access to trusted networks, advising on and hiring transformational chair, board and other C-suite leadership roles across industries.
Prior to joining HIEC, Ms. Sperber worked with Mr. Schwartz, who was the founder of MJS Executive Search, a boutique search firm that specialized in the consumer goods, financial services and technology sectors. Ms. Sperber has experience in recruiting candidates in agile/technology environments including digital transformation, AI, machine learning, data science, UX design, product, and marketing and communications, across a variety of industries. Earlier in her career, she gained search experience with Heritage Partners International, Marcus & Associates, and Elmsmere Associates.
Mr. Schwartz has experience advising, hiring and placing C-suite and senior transformation executives in global large-cap and high growth private equity-backed businesses, in addition to publicly listed corporations. Before founding MJS Executive Search in 2003, Mr. Schwartz was a recruiting in the global consumer practice for Heidrick & Struggles. Before that, he gained experience with Gundersen Partners.
H.I. Executive Consulting said that Mr. Schwartz will consult with the firm’s clients globally where needed while expanding the North American capabilities in all things digital transformation.
