GRMSearch Expands in Asia
October 23, 2014 – Executive search firm GRMSearch has expanded across the Asia Pacific region. The company’s Australian office has been re-launched under the leadership of legal recruiter Paul Garth. Based in Melbourne, Mr. Garth has over 13 years of experience working with international companies. GRMSearch has also partnered with a number of business representatives in Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore and Japan to offer clients access to candidates in the region through a data-driven recruitment process. Directors Penelope Hamilton joins in Myanmar, Rudi Depaepe in Thailand, Helen Cole in Singapore and Simon Chambers in Japan. “Recruitment activity is a good barometer of the health of a country’s economy and its very encouraging to see such a boom in activity and gross profit,” said CEO Rob Green. “Following our launch in Asia during 2009, there have been some turbulent times with both crippling hiring freezes and intermittent periods of growth. It finally feels like the industry is back on track with companies rolling out long-term growth strategies offering candidates excellent career development opportunities.” GRMSearch launched its first office outside of Australasia in Johannesburg, South Africa in January 2014. GRMSearch serves clients and professionals in the legal, compliance and financial sectors.
