Global Novations Adds New VP

December 17, 2012 – Global Novations, a Korn/Ferry International company, has added Tessa Misiaszek as vice president of consulting at the firm’s office in Waltham, MA. Ms. Misiaszek brings extensive experience developing human capital strategies to advance the healthcare industry, with an emphasis on cultural competence and diversity and inclusion. She will partner with leading healthcare organizations throughout North America, guiding them to solutions that allow them to respond to the evolving healthcare industry, as well as the diverse demands of their workforce and patient populations.
