February 7, 2010 – Futurestep, a provider of talent acquisition solutions, has been selected by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide talent acquisition solutions to help the agency address its talent needs. Futurestep's work for the SEC will include both recruitment and strategic services, with a focus on the implementation of talent acquisition processes and support related to workforce planning, employment branding and talent technology strategy. Futurestep will provide recruitment, project management and consulting services, with an onsite team based on the agency's talent needs.
