Futurestep Names New Leaders

September 13, 2011 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has appointed Doug Rippey as global practice leader, workforce planning, and Dave Marzo as general manager for consulting solutions in North America. Mr. Rippey formerly worked at Towers Watson for over 10 years, where in 2003, he was one of the initial four consultants to form the workforce planning practice. Mr. Marzo has an extensive consulting background, most recently supporting Korn/Ferry's integrated go-to-market strategy and working with some of the firm's major accounts.
