Futurestep Names Business Development Director in U.K.

April 11, 2014 – Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has named Rory Jeffcock as business development director in the U.K. In this role, Mr. Jeffcock will operate within the business’ EMEA team, working directly with Futurestep's clients to solve their volume recruitments needs, ranging from fully outsourced Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to discrete project requirements. Based in London, he will also be responsible for driving further growth for the company across the U.K., Ireland and Nordic regions. “Having identified an increased demand for talent and recruiting solutions in these key regions, we are delighted to bring Rory and his 17 years of HR services and outsourcing experience on board,” said Jan Mueller, managing director EMEA solutions at Futurestep.
