Futurestep Appoints VP of RPO and Recruitment Solutions

July 26, 2010 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has appointed Jeanne MacDonald as vice president and general manager, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and recruitment solutions, U.S. In her role, Ms. MacDonald will provide operational leadership and oversee the strategic development and growth of Futurestep's RPO and recruitment projects business in the U.S. Prior to her current role, Ms. MacDonald was vice president of strategic account management in the U.S. where she was responsible for the growth of key client relationships. She has been with the Futurestep since 1998 and has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, life sciences, advanced technology and media convergence. “Over the past decade, Jeanne has played a crucial part in the growth of Futurestep's U.S. business and its success as a provider of RPO solutions,” said Ed Newman, leader, Futurestep U.S. “As leader of our RPO and project recruitment in the U.S., she provides the leadership and industry experience that is critical for addressing the growing demand for Futurestep's strategic talent acquisition solutions.”
