Futurestep Adds VP, Government Solutions

November 25, 2012 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has added Charlie Eye as vice president, government solutions in Reston, Virginia. Mr. Eye brings more than two decades of defense industry recruiting experience to the firm. In 1994, he founded Employer Services Corporation (ESC) in the Washington, DC area, placing recruitment consultants for local companies and later offering full RPO services. ESC was acquired by the MPS Group/Beeline in 2007 and later acquired by Adecco in 2010. Mr. Eye remained with Adecco as VP of business development where he continued to manage the sales team.
