Foundation for Financial Planning Taps Vetted Solutions to Recruit Executive Director
September 17, 2015 – The Foundation for Financial Planning (FFP) has retained Washington, D.C.-based executive search firm Vetted Solutions LLC to conduct its search for a new executive director. The search is being led by Vetted Solutions president James Zaniello and vice president Evelyn Savage.
The ideal candidate, according to both recruiters, will be an executive with a passion for, and track record of, significantly increasing an organizations fundraising activities. The incumbent will serve as chief executive officer, managing the Foundation’s day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the board of trustees. He or she will guide the organization by developing positive working relationships with volunteer leaders to advance the FFP’s mission needs.
The Foundation for Financial Planning is a rapidly expanding non-profit organization that is devoted to the support of pro bono financial planning to the underserved. This is primarily accomplished by providing programs and grants to connect those in need with those willing to provide financial planning.
Vetted Solutions specializes in executive searches for the non-profit and association sectors. The firm focuses on recruiting board members, CEOs and senior staff positions for prominent and well-known organizations nationwide. Vetted Solutions has recently completed searches for a number of organizations, including placing the president for the El-Hibri Foundation and the chief learning officer for the American Society of Association Executives. Currently, Vetted Solutions is heading the CEO search for SOCAP International.
