FMG Leading Appoints President

April 2, 2025 – Human capital advisory firm FMG Leading has named Will Busch as president. In this new position, he will lead FMG Leading’s growth and transformation efforts, positioning the firm to further expand its client reach. “Today’s healthcare leaders must heighten their focus on human capital to stay ahead of evolving, disruptive market forces,” said Matt Brubaker, chairman and CEO of FMG Leading. “With Will in the president’s seat, our team will be able to help even more organizations synchronize their talent and strategy, generating clinical, financial, and operational improvements that will, in turn, drive positive impacts across the healthcare system.”

Mr. Busch first joined FMG Leading in 2020 after holding consulting leadership positions at large professional services firms, including Gallup and Korn Ferry. where he developed a unique approach to business transformation that incorporates strategy execution, behavioral economics, change management, and customer analytics to create and capture value. Specializing in growth-focused firms and investors, Mr. Busch’s expertise leverages human capital and organizational growth levers to drive revenue generation and enhance operational efficiency. In 2022, Mr. Busch assumed the role of managing director, head of transformation at the private equity firm Tilia Holdings, where he helped the firm identify, acquire, and scale portfolio companies operating at the intersection of food and health.

In January, FMG Leading expanded its team with the additions of principals Kate Katz and Rod Wilkes. Ms. Katz has more than 20 years of healthcare consulting experience, most recently at Huron, where she designed new organizational structures and processes, led change programs to improve access to clinical care, and improved workplace cultures.

Mr. Wilkes joins FMG Leading from Press Ganey, where he served as a trusted healthcare advisor working with C-suite leaders to impact change, improve employee engagement and organizational resilience, and enhance patient and business outcomes.
