FiveTen Group Names CEO and Group Chairman
December 21, 2014 – Global recruitment consultancy The FiveTen Group has appointed Mark Carriban as chief executive officer and Chris Herrmannsen as group chairman. Mr. Carriban will take over strategic responsibility for the Group’s portfolio of specialist recruitment brands. He joins with more than 25 years’ recruitment experience, spending more than 20 years in the U.K. recruitment industry with Michael Page, Bernard Hodes, (Omnicom), and later Hudson where he was managing director of the firm’s U.K. businesses in legal and human resources recruitment and subsequently was managing director, Hudson Asia. His most recent position was managing director of recruitment firm Links International. “FiveTen is seeking sustained growth in the next few years and I’m looking forward to growing its businesses internationally and regionally within the U.K.,” said Mr. Carriban. “We’ve seen a solid recovery in professional services hiring across many of our locations this year, but it is next year which is shaping up to see the economic pendulum swing even further in our favor. “FiveTen Group is comprised of six specialist recruitment brands: EMR (marketing, digital and communications), Greythorn (technology), Laurence Simons (legal and compliance), Marks Sattin (accountancy & finance), Ortus (HR) and Antal Russia.
