Felix Global Expands into the U.S.

September 29, 2009 – Human capital management solutions firm Felix Global Corp. continues to build in North America by adding four executives to its team. Arlene Rado, a former senior associate with Korn/Ferry International, will head the firm’s new Chicago office; Ms. Rado brings executive search and consulting expertise, having spent over 20 years in the business. Terry Szwec, former managing director of coaching at Korn/Ferry, joins Felix Global as senior vice president, sales and marketing; Mr. Szwec co-founded and built the Right Management practice in Toronto and ultimately led its Canadian operations. Teresa McEachern joins Felix Global as vice president in the British Columbia region; Ms. McEachern is a former partner and management consultant with Leadership Intelligence, Inc; she brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant and executive coach; her background includes organizational design consulting, change management and executive coaching. Elsewhere, Rick Nicholls has been named as Felix Global's new vice president of client services in Southwestern Ontario; Mr. Nicholls brings over 23 years of professional training and consulting experience — he was the founder of Nicholls Training Group. He has worked with the Canadian Embassy to the United Nations, the U.S. Army and in several industry sectors including automotive, natural gas/utilities, manufacturing, hi-tech, insurance, financial, retail, hospitality, education and healthcare.
