Felix Appoints Managing Director in Executive Search Practice

March 14, 2024 – Leadership development, recruiting, and outplacement firm Felix has expanded with the addition of Scott Sammon as a managing director in the executive search practice. He will join practice leader and managing director J. With over 25 years of experience as an executive search consultant and coach for healthcare providers nationwide, Mr. Sammon has gained expertise by working with diverse clients. His portfolio includes critical access hospitals, some of the largest public health systems in the country, academic medical centers, and community hospitals, showcasing his proficiency in navigating healthcare providers of various sizes and governance structures. He works with clients to successfully manage C-level search assignments in the healthcare provider and not-for-profit sectors and has personally led nearly 50 chief executive officer searches.

As a lead client consultant, Mr. Sammon often provides design and structure strategies to ensure long-term organizational success. He serves as a noted consultant to associations and hospital boards and has acted as a facilitator for board retreats with numerous organizations.
