Executives Online Strengthens Staff

May 27, 2014 – International interim management and executive search firm Executives Online has named Debbie Blackwell to build its specialist practice in human resources. She will be based in the firm’s Winchester (U.K.) office. Ms. Blackwell has over 10 years’ experience as a senior recruitment consultant and manager, specializing in both permanent and interim roles for the HR sector. She joins Executives Online from an independent finance and HR consultancy, where she headed the HR business with a team based across four offices. Prior to that, Ms. Blackwell worked at Badenoch & Clark, and at Hays. “Debbie has gained valuable knowledge and insight into the issues and challenges associated with HR recruitment and talent management,” said Andrew Nicholas, director at Executives Online. “She understands the potential for human capital management to impact on business results and the pressures of increasing globalization on HR teams, as organizations penetrate new markets and build new supplier and customer networks.”
