Executive Search Information Services Expands Capability

October 16, 2014 – Executive Search Information Services has expanded its capability to serve hiring organizations with independent information on senior-level executive recruiting. Simon Mullins, former head of executive search at Microsoft, has joined founder David Lord in advising companies on leadership recruiting issues. Together, they will increase services to companies that participate in the Executive Search Information Exchange (ESIX) and consult on how best to manage the executive search function at large companies. The group has met nearly 200 times since its founding in 1996 and has served more than 175 Fortune 500 companies. Current members include nearly a quarter of the Fortune 100. “I am extremely proud to be able to bring Simon’s capabilities to our members as we pursue our purpose of advancing best practices in corporate executive search management,” said Mr. Lord. “And we are both very excited about carrying out that mission.” Mr. Mullins began his career as a technical recruiter in London, was an executive recruiter in Hong Kong, and immediately prior to Microsoft he was a client partner in California’s Bay area with Korn Ferry where he worked for seven years.
