Enwisen AnswerSource HR Service Delivery Becomes Part of Lawson Softwares

January 3, 2011 – Lawson Software, a provider of human capital management software, has completed its acquisition of privately held Enwisen. Based in Novato, CA, Enwisen served approximately 260 customers, including many in the Fortune 1000. The all-cash transaction of $70 million closed on Dec. 31, 2010. The Enwisen AnswerSource HR Service Delivery suite helps companies transform and improve their delivery of HR services using fewer resources and lowering costs. It will now become part of the Lawson Human Capital Management System.
