Beecher Reagan has helped build the leadership teams of many of the most recognizable firms on the planet.

In 2009, Clark Beecher and Tim Reagan joined forces to combine their executive search experience and launch a new retained executive search firm: Beecher Reagan Advisors. In an industry defined by generalists, Beecher Reagan chose to narrowly focus on the professional services and consulting space. Over the years, our team has played an instrumental role in helping to build some of the most recognizable and fastest-growing firms on the planet.

While our team has grown, our approach remains the same. We are known for our deep market expertise in professional services and for our ability to help firms connect their business strategy to the leadership capabilities needed to execute it. With the continued rise of private equity, today, roughly 70% of our clients are investor-backed business services and technology services firms, and we partner with numerous private equity funds to accelerate value creation at the fund and operating level.
