Elevation Acquired in Management Buy Out; Parkinson Lee Executive Search Launched

October 8, 2014 – Specialist recruitment firm Elevation has been acquired by newly formed parent company, Elevation Consultancy Group, in a six-figure management buyout. The purchase of the business, established in 2010, was led by group managing director and Elevation founder Greg Parkinson and supported by fellow board director Lee Bhandal. Mr. Parkinson said the move marked the start of a period of growth for the business – with plans to expand not only its services within Elevation but a new business venture called Parkinson Lee Executive Search that will form part of the new group. Formerly part of the Horbury Group, Elevation now employs more than 45 consultants recruiting across eight specialist divisions. “Lee and I are proud to say that the business has grown rapidly since it was established in 2010, and it is right that we now look to further expand the services we offer,” said Mr. Parkinson. Executive coach Phil Hill has been appointed as non-executive director. Elevation Consultancy Group is a Yorkshire, U.K.-based talent solutions group.
