Diversified Search Recruits Ceo For Parkinson’s Institute And Clinical Center

March 26, 2014 – Diversified Search has placed Carrolee Barlow, MD, PhD, as the new chief executive officer of the Parkinson’s Institute and Clinical Center. Dr. Barlow is only the second CEO in the Institute’s 25-year history. This search was led by Henry J. Scherck, managing director and practice leader of life sciences for Diversified Search. Dr. Barlow’s previous work has spanned clinical care, laboratory and clinical research, academia, and industry. She is the former chief scientific officer and chief medical officer of BrainCells, Inc., a biotechnology company. The mission of The Parkinson’s Institute is to provide comprehensive patient care, while discovering new treatment options to improve the quality of life for all Parkinson’s disease patients.
