Diversified Search Fills Board Seats for Comfort Systems

November 28, 2012 – Diversified Search has recruited Constance Skidmore and Vance Tang as new members of the board of directors at Comfort Systems USA, Inc. Ms. Skidmore is a seasoned financial expert who served as partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over two decades, including a term on its board. Mr. Tang served as president and CEO of the U.S. subsidiary of KONE OY and EVP of KONE Corporation.
